The RFQ for the Tribal Coordination Scope of Services was awarded March 17, 2017 to Ulteig Engineering. They were selected through the quality based selection process.   Their services will be utilized for all earth disturbing related activities and mainly focused on the 2017 construction season. The RFQ for the Airport Terminal Project was awarded on March 28, 2017 to JE Dunn. They will be responsible for the construction of the $40 million, 115,000-sq. ft. terminal building that will be two stories and feature an escalator, full-service restaurant, gift shop, and several comfortable lounges to wait for arriving passengers. Regarding the ND State participation on this project, State share is presently projected at 24% which equates to $57-$58 million dollars.  The state is currently in legislative session and there should be more information in the next few weeks.
